First Order

Though it is not known if the First Order is the remains of the Empire or a new Imperial Movement, it is possibly a combination of both. The poster shows a bigger badder Deathstar like weapon, and now it starts to make some sense. Starkiller Base is not only an homage to the original name of Luke Skywalker’s character, it is the name of the weapon. The First Order has a mega-weapon capable of destroying stars. They could not call it a star destroyer, because the name was already copyrighted, and reserved for their line of big spaceships. So the new weapon capable of destroying stars was called Starkiller.
Another rumor that makes sense, Han Solo does die. Rey is more than likely Han and Leia’s child, and her just meeting her father and losing him is a good reason for her tears. I am now leaning to Kilo being Luke’s son. Luke somehow failed to reform the Jedi Knights, and that failure created the Knights of Ren.
More than likely my latest theories will be proven invalid or valid once the movie comes out, and the second the base is shown to be fully operational, then the tweets will start popping up on the internet.
The last time I was this exited about a movie, Avengers came out. I enjoyed the movie. I am guessing I will be happy with the new Star Wars.
Thanks for stopping by.
The Force Awakens

As it gets closer to the date when the newest Star Wars movie comes to theaters. I have read dozens of theories about why Luke is missing. I have also read dozens of theories as to what the whole final trilogy is about.
My theory so far. Rey and Kilo Ren are brother and sister. More than likely they are Leia’s children. Luke very well could be the father of both Rey and Kilo. Though I am leaning toward Leia being the mother. Though I do not think that Rey and Kilo are twins. Kilo is probably the oldest of the two siblings.
Jedi were not supposed to marry or establish close romantic relations, they were a monastic order. Jedi were supposed to be solely devoted to the force because relationships tended to lead to selfishness, and that lead to the dark side. Look at how quickly Anakin turned to the dark side when he thought Padme was endanger. It is possible Luke did find a woman, and have children, but it is more likely he did not.
Kilo is strong in the force, and seeks training from his uncle, Luke. Luke has established the Knights of Ren, which is the new Jedi order. But, because Luke’s own training was never complete, and more than likely he has become corrupted by the dark side. The Knights of Ren, rather than being the pacifistic keepers of law and order, became more like brutal enforcers. Kilo becomes corrupt. Since Kilo is the grandson of Anakin (Darth Vader), he is an admirer, and seeks to follow in his grandfather’s footsteps. At some point, Luke was killed. Maybe by his nephew, Kilo. This is the reason we do not see Luke in the trailers, he is dead. Rey finds this out and is crying over his body, at that point more than likely Luke’s ghost appears. Since Luke is a ghost throughout the movie, showing him in such a form would tip people off.
Since Leia is force sensitive herself, she more than likely realized Luke was corrupt, and her son was becoming corrupt. Rey was hidden in the remote reaches of the galaxy because Leia feared she would become corrupt by the dark side as well. Han and Chewie do not show up due to happenstance.
Force awakens is the start of the final chapter of the Skywalker legacy. The three movies are about the war between the light and dark side within the Skywalker family, and it would lead to the culmination of the prophesied merger of both the light and dark side. One who can use both without fear of corruption.
Hayden Christensen is returning because he will more than likely appear as a ghost to Rey. Luke will also appear as a ghost throughout the trilogy.
There is an homage that many people seem to miss, Starkiller Base. Starkiller was the original last name for Luke. Lucas changed it to Skywalker because he felt that someone who was supposed to be the possible creator of a new Jedi order should not be called Starkiller, due to the violent implications. Anyone with the last name of Starkiller would be more like the Sith. Since Luke was corrupt due to his improper training, he became more Starkiller than Skywalker.
That is just my theory based on hints in the trailers, and possible long term concepts that Lucas had laid out. Disney is intent on keeping to his overall concepts. The writers are intent on making sure that there is the Skywalker lineage and original prophecy being fulfilled.
